Jenny is a former Chef in Residence, at Brooklyn's PS 89 in East New York, for Wellness In The Schools. After a year of assistance in the cafeteria and classroom, Jenny's role shifted to "Ambassador of Activities" for W.I.T.S., where she assists other Chef's in Residence in their participation at each of the 27 NYC-area schools serviced.
